It takes intensive research and meticulous, dedicated people
to invent a spray system that does not require compressed
gas. The engineers at NOATEC began initial testing in June
2008 and gained a deep understanding for the reactivity of
various agents through analyses and series of countless
experiments. Constant improvements down to the minutest
detail finally brought us to our goal: We presented the world's
first fire extinguisher to function without aerosol or compressed
gas at Interschutz 2010 – the international exhibition for fire
prevention.

The high demand to come from the trade fair enabled NOATEC
to start mass production of the prototype in autumn of 2010.
We consciously chose to produce in Germany because we see
“Made in Germany” as a way to ensure long-term quality. Not
only our finished products, but also 90 per cent of our
components are manufactured on our premises in the city of
Saarburg, located in south-western Germany. The combination
of industry know-how and modern machinery ensures that
each and everyone of our products meets our engineers' high
standards for quality.
